A VESC based onewheel

After installing a Torque Pack battery, my VESC board is my favorite ride.

VESC in Stock

Edit 12/1/22 2:45pm CST - sold out again!

The DIY onewheel scene has kind of exploded recently. In October, there were some major refinements made to the VESC firmware that allows for a much more reliable and consistent ride. Later in October, multiple popular content creators released YouTube videos featuring VESC (Madd Max, The Float Life, Corridor). Then, following the Corridor Cast video, MakersPEV.com promptly sold out of the Little FOCer. The Little FOCer has become the standard for DIY onewheels and XR VESC conversions and MakersPEV is the distributor here in the United States. So, if you’ve been waiting for these FOCers to come back in stock, you are in luck.

Get a Little FOCer 3.1 at makerspev.com. It will cost you $300 for just the controller or $425 for the DIY bundle.

But what is VESC?

If you are new to VESC and the DIY scene, you probably have a lot of questions. I recommend checking out Mario Contino’s excellent primer:

Then check out https://pev.dev for build guides and how-tos.

Yo! I am a onewheel nerd based in Pensacola, FL. Given the choice, I’d rather be hitting some singletrack than riding on pavement. I also enjoy 3D printing, woodworking, and hiking.
